After 3 days of working with the Samsung Service Help Center, we finally were connected with one of the "Best" repairman to date! Once our repair ticket reached him, Carlos called to set a date to fix our stove broiler system. He arrived the very next day, and fixed our problem quickly. "I called at 5:56 pm on a summer Friday because our refrigerator stopped working. It was a random call; he was the first company that popped up in my frantic search. I was expecting a voicemail or an appointment on Monday. Nope! Carlos came from 40 min. away and was able to breathe life back into our refrigerator. Absolutely incredible service, so much so that I am writing my first Google review. He's incredibly responsive and helpful. I could keep gushing, but I am honestly just so impressed.
