"We just had our ducts cleaned by Chute Master. We chose them from the top 5 reviewed companies because they had the best pricing breakdowns and the took the time to explain everything in detail over the phone, unlike other companies who just gave general quotes and that's it. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment and spent a few hours cleaning our ducts, AC coil and dryer. They also noticed an issue with how our dryer was connected and fixed it (it was a quick fix, so they got it done as a part of the dryer cleaning). We requested before and after photos, but never got them, so I can't speak to the quality of work. However, they did spend quite a bit of time at our place and cleaned every vent. I'm deducting one star because this wasn't a very clean job. We had dirty fingerprints and smudges on walls in the main work areas. We also had fingerprints on some furniture (such as office chairs that the guys had to move out of the way). We specifically asked to be careful with the walls as they are hard to clean (bad paint choice on our end) and ended up having to clean multiple spots. I think this could've been easily avoided, as touching the walls wasn't necessary for the job, and we also provided a bathroom where dirty hands could have been washed if they were dirty from a previous job. The dark smudges on the walls might've been some kind of grease because they were were hard to clean and even after cleaning there's still residue left over. The lack of before/after photos and the fingerprints on the walls are the main reasons I'm deducting a star. Otherwise the service was good and, while not the cheapest on the market, the pricing was reasonable too."
