"If this is who your home warranty goes through, pick someone else. No one ever picks up the phone, can’t leave a message due to the inbox being full. I called them out 3 times for 2 different reasons. Both issues are still not fixed. It’s been months. It’s a shame, something as easy as picking up the phone when customers call and they can’t even do that. Please get better at communicating with your customers. Will B the technician in Pittsburgh was delightful, however there is still 3 outstanding issues to resolve and I have not heard from them on next steps. Very unfortunate."

"Assurion warranty sent these folks out to repair a faulty display on my microwave. We told them about the problem in advance, but didn't bring any parts with them. The repairman saw the problem, and said he had to order a part and left. Weeks later, no news and when we enquired, told us parts are on order. Later, told us they're checking with Assurion. Next told us it's a mechanical problem and not covered (funny how an electronic display could be a mechanical problem). Later they told us it was fixed! Still later they told us they could not reproduce the problem - where were they trying? They didn't come back to our house. Stay away from these liars."

"So I have American home shield. They sent this contractor to repair my dryer. They did a video consult first and determined a bearing issue. Ordered parts, scheduled, came and installed parts. Tech Saud he needed another part. Ok part ordered, scheduled and installed. Tech leaves without saying a word to me. I try dryer and now no power.call the office they have no clue and can't get in touch w tech. Ask to speak w Mgr. She's in a meeting and will call you back. Monday morning I call to follow up. Oh tech-savvy notes say he ordered another part. Wait almost 2 weeks, follow up and get story of parts sent here and there you should receive by the 20th. Miraculously the next day I get the tracking number and suddenly the next day 11/15 part shows up. Call to schedule today Wed 11/15. I've been without a dryer now for over a month. Can't come until Monday morning. Very disappointed w this company and their customer service. Please get my dryer fixed..."

"I wish I could say they performed a repair but they only further damaged my appliance. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Don't let American Home Shield set them as your vendor. They will do more damage than repair, they are unresponsive and super unprofessional. They cant even seem to order the correct parts. I have been without a washing machine for going on 2 months now thanks to these clowns. Specifically Tracy is trash, don't let that man in your house he will tear up your appliances and you'll be worse off than you started. He showed up at my house, took a picture of the house to prove he was there, but didn't ring the doorbell, what a moron."

"Highly recommended Excellent customer service Loyal - trustworthy !!!! My Lowes protection plan canceled my appointment with express appliances, and I already had taken off two days of work in order to be present for the appointment. I called express appliances immediately and begged to see if they could fit me in for the day. Jen was absolutely amazing, and within five minutes she had already booked my appointment! She knew how important it was to book this appointment, and she made it happen! Thank you so much you can tell they really care about their customers!!"
