Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I've never seen such a small and understaffed BOA branch in 15 years. There is 1 person at the counter 11 people ahead of me. 1 person in an office playing with her nails while 8 people are standing outside her office. I only had to go to the nearest branch because customer service is updating their systems and down for the next hour. Bank of America's are nothing like this in thr NY suburbs and easily 3x the size and staff."

"They have a business line, yet no teller works it, and then you don't give priority access to the customer to bypass the long line? You are not encouraging business to use this location/bank at all"

"Always busy and waits are pretty bad to cash a check. Staff is nice but they are slow and cant handle the business they get. The cubicles are small and they all speak loud so privacy is an issue cause its a very small bank inside."

"I come here at least 3 times a week for work and must wait in line for at least 15 minutes each time. Management needs to properly staff this location before I take my business elsewhere. They just added a business clients window that “should” shorten the time here right? Nope. Got there today and got in that line, waited 5 minutes before they told me that window isn’t open today, just the one window. Now I have to get back in line a wait behind the 4 additional people that came in since. Best part is, not one employee cares."

"Bank of America is not exactly everybody's favorite bank but the Egg Harbor Township branch at 3718 E. Black Horse Pike is THE WORST. They are always understaffed, usually with only ONE teller working. The line is almost always out the door with at least a 30 minute wait time. Even when there is no line I've still had to wait 20 minutes or more for an available teller. This has been going on for years. Management doesn't care. Now, they just randomly close on a whim. Why has this branch not been improved by now? If you value your time and sanity do not go to this branch."
