"The instructor Brian was fantastic. Puts you right at ease. Perfect personality for an instructor.The young lady at the front where you check in at the pool was also very pleasant. Sorry, I did not get her name. My only disappointment was that the pool only went to 4.5 feet. I was looking forward to a Pool with a deeper end, 9ft or above to practice treading water and feeling more comfortable in deeper waters. Other than that, I definitely recommend the class to others."

"My 5yr old daughter has been taking lessons at this location with instructor Mr. Bryan. She was very afraid of going in the water, but now thanks to the lessons is much more confident. The instructor is very patient and motivates the kids so they can be more comfortable in the water, highly recommend!"

"I took my 2 year old son here for about a month and I have to admit it is not worth it. We were in the parent-tot classes that had no structure or lessons given during the 30 minute class. Each class was walking around in the water playing with toys. I didn’t need to pay $130+ per month to splash in a pool. I could have done that for free in a public pool. The instructors focus on the babies who are more advanced and leave those who are new to swimming. I did not learn anything throughout the lessons. It was a waste of time and money. Additionally, a class was cancelled 30 mins before the class time via email. We were already on the way there. However, I did get refunded because I requested it. Overall, unpleasant experience."

"Signed my daughter up for swimming classes on Saturdays from 1-1:30. They charge a one time membership fee and then 35 dollars per lesson. Unfortunately when we went to her first lesson the class was canceled because of “a incident in the pool”. We weren’t even called to be notified before hand and only found out after driving over from the other part of the Bronx. Within a months time her class was canceled, on the day of, 3 different times with only a hour or so advance notice. They issue makeup tokens for each lesson but they are useless to me when my daughter and I are only free at the time we signed up for. Nonetheless SafeSplash is quick to take their monthly fee in a automated service regardless of their own poor performance. So when I saw they had charge me again today for a months worth of lessons in a email sent at 8:30 am. I called the school at 10:04 am, upon seeing the payment email, to let them know I wanted to cancel our lessons. After the operator left me on hold to speak with her manager she came back with “well according to our terms and conditions we can only offer a 50 percent refund”, even if they just took the money out less than 2 hours ago in a automated payment service. Utterly ridiculous, this is the first one star review I’ve ever left but SafeSplash and their terrible service has earned it."
