"It's very hard to find this place once you get to the office building it's in. But the entrance is on the outside of the building and there are no signs to let you know that. When I finally located the door for the place I walked in and it looked like a room with a couple if tables that were littered with little tools and junk. I told the kid about the situation with my boyfriend's phone, and he told me the part for his phone STILL hadn't arrived (we were originally told the part would be there by that day when we first went there 3 days earlier) So I left my boyfriend's phone with the kid along with my phone number to reach me when the phone was ready. So 2 days later around 6:30pm I called the store to ask if my man's phone was ready yet and the dude tells me that yes that phone has BEEN ready to be picked up since yesterday evening!!!!!! so we went and picked up hi phone and they fixed it - did a very good job - but then when it came time to pay for it..... it was over $100 !!!!!! I thought that was a ridiculous price just to have the screen replaced - especially when I have gotten a screen replaced in the past for less than $70 and it was done within hours not days."
