"Recent issues with this bank cashing check they never had trouble with previously. Now they may not deposit the money for 6 weeks. TD bank check in US $ and all I've gotten from this branch is run around and ignorance."

"I thought Chase was a full service bank. I have an account, I went in to get some change for a Business. The bank manager Anthony maffucci told me to come back in a half hour, I did, the bank was closed. The next time I went back, he told me he didn't have any pennies.. is this a bank or what? He was rather rude as well. Like I was wasting his time. Shame The rest of the staff is amazing. But I think there afraid of him."

"The bank tellers are amazing. The branch manager NOT so much. I deposited a check that was put on a 10 day hold. The money was deducted from the issuers account. After she or they called Chase fraud prevent depart and they found she wasn’t not able to do anything on her part. I made the call myself to the fraud prevention department where one of the agents did what she should have done for me so I did have to do her job. I may not have millions but I have been a customer for sometime now. I will be closing my account as soon as this is settled and opening with TD! As she said to me with her 20 years experience she had never heard of TD Bank had suggested as a service they provide for their customers and when I said to her I was closing my account all she could say I am so sorry to hear that. Well I am sorry to hear that with your 20 years of banking experience and my 0 I did your job in 5 minute phone call."
