"Very dishonest receptionist, told me that their process is go to your house and give you a free estimate, then get all my personal information, at the end told me that it's $99 for an initial visit. You can simply say up front your service charges, people can make decisions. No need to trick people. I don't post reviews usually, but this is worthy to post and let other people know. hi Owner, Tom, it's understandable that you want to protect your employee and business. Please do not wrong me, I did not curse at your receptionist. She said after the estimate, if I don't go with the work, it's $99. That is not called Free Estimate. If that's your definition of "Free Estimate", then ok. Honestly, it's ok to charge for evaluation work because you offered your time and expertise, but please just be transparent and be up front, like other business that i called, up front, tell me it costs $x to come to your house. I have no comments on Always Comfy's actual home services."
