"Worst co ever. Avoid at all costs"
"I am a resident where this company is contracted. This is the first year we have them. The pool is closed when it should be open on several occasions. All they say is that they cannot find attendants. Well why did they accept a contract if they can’t fulfill it? July 4th weekend the pool was closed on the 1st. I called the number on the door to ask why. I was told that the attendant may be on lunch break. The person I spoke to us also said they don’t have to talk to a resident. They will talk to the property manager. I was quite upset and insisted that the pool should be open. He was rude to me and hung up. Next I talk to another girl and explain that the previous person I spoke to should not have been so rude and I expect the pools to be open. Again I was told that they don’t have to talk to me that they only talk to the pool manager. If that’s the case, why do they have a phone number on the door that says call if the pool is not open doing normal working hours? Again, I was quite upset, and the president of the company came on the phone. He didn’t want to give me his name, even though I gave him mine. The president and the people I spoke to a rude, they don’t care about the fact that the pool is closed when it should be open. We have had problems with this company all season where they are closed when they should be open. They are being paid to do a job which they are not doing."
