"I was so excited to see so much vinyl in a thrift store… but the prices were literally laughable (as in I laughed aloud several times flipping through). I saw so many dollar bin albums priced at $20 and higher I couldn’t believe it. Dime-a-dozen records in fair to good condition priced at $28-$40! 100% not worth spending time in there. Go 2 blocks further to Hudson Valley Vinyl and spend your time and money there. Huge disappointment."

"I cannot imagine this store staying in business much longer. The prices are the highest I have ever seen at a thrift store in 15 years. They honestly should be ashamed of themselves. $85 for a beat up copy of Fleetwood Mac rumours on vinyl!? You can get that in better condition for under $15 shipped online. The whole store is so insanely overpriced I think it’s some sort of warped joke. 15% off media so it looks like the CDs are the cheapest items in the store $5 each. Not organized and mostly thrift store rejects that aren’t worth a penny. Avoid"

"A must stop each visit to Beacon. Owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great collection of vinyl and very eclectic and varied offerings of everything from antiques to household goods, to wall art to collectibles and more. (As noted elsewhere, address shown on google maps is incorrect. Should be 285 Main Street.)"
