"If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service possible. Weeks of waiting with my pool unable to be used. Every day was a different excuse as to why they didn’t show up the day before. Blamed his workers on losing a part, truck breaking down, family party that wife insisted on him going to and so on. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I literally cannot say enough about Lakeside Pool Services. My family moved to our new home in October and the in ground pool was already closed for the season. I have never owned a home with a pool. So, I was understandably nervous at the prospect of opening the pool for the summer. Ken made me feel comfortable and confident from our first conversation. He spent a tremendous amount of time answering all of my questions and discussing options for the filter, salt vs chlorine and heating systems. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive. I never once felt any sales pressure or felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything. We had a great conversation about the available options with no pressure to buy anything. The pool is open.
