"Terrible service, bad communication, never take the phone calls and also they supposedly fix my transmission and they didn't fix it. They're always delay with the work and always postpone the date to return the car. DON'T GO there even if it's an emergency."

"****SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE***** This mechanic has poor communication and time management skills. He does not pick up his phone or clears his messages so you can leave a message. Though he requires a substantial deposit to start the repair process, he is not efficient. For example, he promises dates of service completion without receiving the proper parts. Finally, he does not understand/care that one’s car is a necessity to fulfill major obligations, such as work and school or respond to family emergencies. UPDATE: I wasted 3 weeks “waiting for parts.” However, Ramos Mechanics in Orange was able to use diagnostics to accurately determine my car’s issue, order several parts (without a problem) and fix issues within 1 WEEK!!! Furthermore, the cost to fix brakes, an alternator, and an evap canister was LESS than what Electro Master charged for just the evap canister!"
