"I called Sharif the owner of the company to please give me a copy of the repair I had in 2021. He said if he couldn't find it he would get me a new bill. I have been calling him since August of this year. I must have called him 20 times and texted him repeatedly and he has never given me what I have asked for. I have had problems and I need a copy of the work done. I was charged $800.00 to recharge the unit only to call him back because the problem wasn't resolved. I needed a whole new unit which cost $2600.00. This was on top of the $800.00 already paid. This company ripped me off and refuses to give me my requested receipt which leads me to believe the new mini split was not needed. They could not fix the problem so I was charged twice within a few months for a repair which probably was not needed. I contacted the original contractor who asked for a copy of the receipt which I cannot get. Do not use this company they do not stand behind their work. I don't trust them. They took advantage of a woman who is a senior citizen. Shameful."

"Called AAA HVAC responded and showed up to mu house within 2 hours.. They came, gave me a free estimate, I agreed on the price and they started working on the issue right away. They charged me 40% less than everyone else out there and did 2 extra maintenance free of charge ( Pipe bleeding and soldering) . I highly recommend this company and their services... I GIVE THEM an A+++++++++++ Special Thanks to the owner Mr Shaff."

"Please be aware of working with this company. I would not recommend you even try them. They are not honest or fair in dealing with the public. I worked with them on a few occasions and each time I felt cheated. I had them install pipes and they placed the radiator against the wall and not under the window. When I mentioned they looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. Then I them come out to kick start the boiler for the season. They offered to fix it for $1500. Then they went down to $400. We did not do the deal. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star."

"Sink was leaking. Called them and Mo showed up in 30 mins. Took care of the problem and the price was reasonable. Have used them in past also."
