"I took the day for for a repair job that was scheduled and confirmed by Argent on email. I took the day off from work to be present. Needless to say, they never came or contacted me. I reached out was told they made a mistake and would reschedule. No apology! Would be extremely cautious in hiring them. I have for many years used them and there is a significant deterioration in their customer service."

"Very poor experience- please think twice before using Argent plumbing for your needs!! First, despite asking several times, they didn't give me any clear estimates on the cost involved to replace my existing thermostat with a smart thermostat that I was to provide, and said that instead the technician will quote when he is at my home, before doing the job. Second, even worse, the technician comes, and right away replaces the thermostat within the first 5 mins of his time in the house without even giving us a quote and a chance to consider if we want to go ahead. Then he asks for a final charge of $380 for 5-10 mins of work, which he did without agreeing on the costs first. I email them complaining and they stop responding to my emails...Very unsatisfactory experience!!"

"We moved into our house in July and immediately had moisture and mold issues in the basement, and had minimal AC on the 1st and 2nd floors. We tried a couple different options and spoke to a few different companies to identify the problem, but were strung along by different people for quick fixes / sales that didn’t work. We called Argent for a leaking pipe in our crawl space, and John V. came out to quickly fix the issue and suggested that Brian come check out the moisture situation in the basement. Brian came out to do a walkthrough and was extremely knowledgeable about the real problem and how to fix it. A new Trane hvac system was installed in the basement with an Aprilair dehumidifier system for the basement and in-line humidifier for the winter. A second Trane system was installed in the attic for a second zone for the 2nd floor. Brian was always knowledgeable about everything and wanted the work done perfectly like it was his own home. Kurt and Carlos are true professionals and worked very hard to make our home comfortable with the new hvac system. Kurt and Carlos were always friendly to my wife and I, and they do very high quality work. The crew came early each day, around 8AM or earlier even. They were always extremely nice, clean, and we could not be happier with their work. John V. was so helpful with the original leak and he even came out during the project to replace our sump pumps with new ones and installed water to water back up systems. He stayed very late to finish the job timely. He was great in walking me through the plumbing in the basement to show how the new system worked. Mark also came to the house to fix a rusted waste line pipe. He was very quick, clean, and so friendly throughout the day. Brian/Argent also contracted for a new electrical panel and carpentry work to create an access drop down stairs to the attic for the 2nd hvac system, that was very seamless and a huge help for the project and long term utility / quality work in our home. Although these projects were not planned after we bought the home, we couldn’t be happier with Argent and every person who came to the house over the past few weeks. We greatly appreciate the hard work and sweat put into our home to literally reengineer the entire mechanical system in the house. It’s helped make the house feel like our home."
