"5 STARS! I tried this place for the first time with my fiance for my birthday. We were very impressed! Our server Ruben was very friendly and attentive. I tried a Fig Martini, and it was surprisingly good. The Baked Feta is a must try as an appetizer. We also tried the Mediterranean Farro Salad, which was very refreshing. My Chimichuri Skirt Steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and was a good portion size. The roasted potatoes and broccoli on the side were also very good. Next time I'm trying the Seafood Paella Pasta dish. But my fiance's Sacchetinni was also very tasty! 5 stars!"
"Had an amazing dinner here! One of the best calamari appetizers I have had. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. Entrees were also great, place itself is really nice and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try."
"I normally never leave reviews but for this place I must. Food is extremely delicious! First time coming here, 4th time having their food. Everytime has been consistently good. The chef came out and was super kind as well as the waitress. Will definitely be coming back."
"1st time dining here and I was very pleased with the food and service. The grilled octopus was excellent, as was the fried calamari, shrimp and zucchini appetizers. Our entrees of chimichuri steak and lamb chops were perfectly prepared and very tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive, returning to the table to refill drinks. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience."
"The Fava experience was beyond delightful. From the moment you set eyes on the place and the beautiful flower arch outside the door, you know you’re in for a great experience. Then you walk in the door, and you’re in the Mediterranean without even leaving Staten Island. The service was quick without being rushed, the food was delicious and affordable, and the drinks were great. A new restaurant on the island scene, but I’m very glad we found this place and we will without a doubt be back often."
