"I am very disappointed by the service provided to my step father when my mother became sick. The agent didn’t have all the facts and failed to provide good advice. My step father followed the bad advice and it will cost us 30% in taxes when that could have been easily avoided had the advice been sound. I tried to give the agent the benefit of the doubt but I can not think of any reason the agent would have thought his advice was good. I question whether he just wanted his own payday. I would not trust this company with my money or anyone else’s money."
