I was a new patient who had to cancel because my daughter was sick (left a message 24 hours prior) and now Latifah called and cancelled my appointment and now I cannot be seen. She advised the secretary, Julia, no longer works there. I am not surprised as she was very good but Latifah has a lot to be desired."

"Awful. Avoid this place. The practioner was excellent, but the owner, Latifah, is clueless and unprofessional. Makes decisions withpout ever speaking to clients and has arbitrary rules that no other doctors would have issues with, like filling out simple paperwork and actually helping their clients. I was told they only deal with stable clients that they only have to see once a month and that they refer everyone else to more competent providers. Why exist then? Basically that admits to me that they are a Rx provider, not a healthcare provider. Literally any other doctor would be more helpful than this place was."
