"I was pleased with the services until one day I was up sold on prepaying for lip fillers $700.00 cause they had a special running. Apparently I had to get the service done within a year, that’s would have been May 2022. I had covid twice in a span of 5 months in 2022, and i just didn’t have the year in mind. Plus I had called several times and it was just a mess trying to get someone to call me on this credit. So finally one nice office manager gets involved only to me told by Dr Warmth that they can even honor even partial credit. Nothing for the $700 paid. She didn’t care that I was patient there or that I recommend others. Bet she is swimming in money and yet she doesn’t think I should be able to use the credit because the year expired. Not even one dollar. It’s insane that I basically just gifted $700 to professional Dr Warmth. Due to this I had to choice but to take this loss and find another dermatologist. Never have experienced this type of service."
