"Went into the office and sat in the waiting area and a bed bug was crawling all over the chairs. I flipped out and they were acting like it was normal for this to go on in their office. Had to throw all my clothes away because I didn’t want to take any chances. Alejandro the office manager was absolutely rude and useless when I asked to be compensated for my clothes I threw away. The office should be shut down for their incompetence and how they treat people. 2/3/20- you people ask me to email you and then you have the nerve to not respond or contact me back. Stop acting like you people care and try to flush my negative review with fake positive reviews. No one is believing that!"
