Michael, the founder, spent time with us over a series of three appointments, during which he listened to our needs, provided his expert advice, and answered our many questions. He was always attentive, personable, kind, professional, and never rushed us. He conducted himself with integrity, never attempting to upsell us or sway our decision. He provided us with a great price for a custom-made ring, for which he sourced the raw materials (diamond, metals) and machined himself. After we finalized the design, the turnaround was super quick — the ring was ready in just under a week. Overall, our experience was top notch, 10/10. And of course, the final product could not be more perfect. We will always be grateful and remember Michael and Unique Gold & Diamonds as part of our story."

"My best friend got her engagement ring and wedding bands here. I was told I should get an appraisal on my engagement ring for insurance purposes. Only to find out from Mike, I really didn't need one unless the insurance company asked for it, because I had a copy of the receipt and GSI certification. He could have totally ran with an $180 appraisal for me not knowing any better but didn't. That's trust right there. I'll definitely be back for our wedding bands.
