"Stay away from this firm. They do not communicate and talk with clients after they obtain your business. They dont care about your needs and additions in your life. We lost our home in 2022 and found out that we were not insured properly. It is up to you to understand their business and your needs. Never a phone call or email about any changes. We suffered a loss of $750k due to not being insured properly between personal effects and vehicle. If you hire a company, you hire their expertise and customer service. When the fire happened, they went rogue and didnt offer any support. If your looking for guidance and continued support for you and your families best interest this is not the firm to use."
