"Love this pet shop! They always have what I need and even clipped my dogs nails during a shopping trip since they had time. Lots of different toys, bones and food to choose from. Highly recommend."

"I have taken my two samoyeds twice here for grooming. My first experience was different compare to the second time, where the groomer (Kelly) came out and spoke to us and inquired what we wanted done. The second time, however was beyond heartbreaking. When I dropped my dogs off at 9am on January 6, my husband and I handed the leases to two women and they started to lead them into the back room, which they resisted to follow. I watched as one of my dog was hitting his head against a stand near the register while she tried to pull him into the back room, which at this point my husband stepped in and lead him the whole way in. When I picked them up, they were nice and groomed. I didn’t noticed that they had shaved one of my samoyed belly/private area to the skin where you can see his purple spotted stomach. From the time we got home to all night long, every two seconds he would lick around his private area to relief the irritation that shaving must have caused. Any establishments that I am entrusting my pets at, I expect my pets to be returned irritation and pain free. Which was not in this case."

"I love this pet store, and so does my Jagger. No one else that I trust to provide me with the very best nutrition and snacks for my best friend. Jagger has also been groomed here since he came home, and we have always loved the price and quality of their service. If interested they also have a self-service, so bring your dog and they will provide you with everything you need t wash your pet. If you are someone who pampers your pets, then stop shopping at Petco and Chewy, and come find what you need at Petcare Market."

"Let’s just say Bhazi found his favorite store ! I love how the store is family ran and they are just all so pleasant and friendly. They helped me choose the right products for my fur baby and are very knowledgeable about every single item in the store. They have a variety of different brands from decent to top shelf brands for dogs and cats. The store has freshly baked treats on the counter for purchase that look good enough to eat for yourself. I said look please don’t eat it lol I loved how everything is so cute and detailed even to the point where his donut was sealed with a white dog sticker. I loved how the store has a grooming station. Bhazi looked and smelled fresh to death I must say after his appointment. The store also offers wash stations you can rent if you want to wash your fur baby yourself. I definitely recommend this store to dog and cat owners. You won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love that the store has many functions during the weekend that help non profit organizations such as pictures with the Easter bunny or with with Santa. They also have adoption events which is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help which I totally love and support."

"There is such a need for a shop like this in Bergen County! You can tell the owners took great care to provide quality pet foods, treats, and supplies that are way better for your pets than what you would find in generic big box stores. The space is beautiful and family owned, and there's a grooming shop as well! I'm all about eco friendly, small batch, and sustainable products and that's exactly what you'll find here. I feel good shopping here for my dogs and they love to visit as well!"
