"Hours do not match actual customer service hours. 10 year customer and had to renew my policy, which was fine, but they billed me for 2 months at the beginning of the new policy even when I called in and questioned the paper in the mail, and was told to ignore the paper and that my new bill would still come out monthly because I'm an existing customer. Incompetence all around."
