"I am the wife that was given this necklace , I did not break it , I simply unclipped it and was about to put it on my neck when the chain separated from the heart …. The word broke would indicate something by force , there was no force involved … are you in business to give the best customer service to your customers or throw around the word accountability ? It was bought yesterday, why couldn’t you just fix it to make it whole again , I am sure you have those capabilities in store ..? Thanks for ruining an anniversary gift ! All to prove who’s right or wrong ? That’s bad business in my eyes … It was $94.89 not $80!!!!!!"

"BEWARE!!!! I bought a silver heart necklace for my anniversary, my wife went to put it on and the chain popped off the heart ..I went back the next day showing them what happened, I asked if it could be repaired or replaced and he told me it was pulled with force and he said to me “Do you want me to take a loss for this? “ Never offered to repair or replace!!! I can’t believe for $90 he would treat customers like that!! He wanted to charge me to fix it! I wouldn’t give them another penny and hope you won’t either!!"
