"They never work off the time frame they give you. I see a lot of people saying they claim to attempt delivery but never did. It’s strange they said they tried to deliver my package and no one was home BUT my son was home. I set it for my package to be picked up at location and customer service told me wait until I get the email to say I can go retrieve it. A hour and half later I got the email and went. I was told not to listen customer service because drivers don’t return until 9pm. Was told to come back at 9am for my package instead. I seriously need you to get it together. This package was suppose to get to me from the 23 of December and it’s bad enough I have everything to give my kids for Christmas, but this is ridiculous. The staff inside the building was nice though with explanation. Wasn’t rude to me when I came to inquire. So I will give them that much."

"Absolutely trash. They never even attempted to deliver my package. This always happens with DHL. If you don’t sign the no contact release they will never deliver the package… and claim that they made the attempt. I could literally watch the driver on the map just completely drive away from my area and claim to make the drop. If you sign the release for the package they will just throw it on the lawn for anyone to steal. Every time I get a shipment from DHL it’s the same exact situation. This is the worst shipping service.. even worse than usps which is very, very,very,VERY hard to be. Congratulations DHL you are the worst shipping service provider."

"Dhl is the worst place ever!! After 1 attempt was made to deliver my package, no one was home so it was sent back. I rescheduled a redelivery twice and no one ever attempted to deliver it. It has been 1 week she still no package. Everyday I have been calling and chatting with someone and no one seems to know where my package is and someone tells me something different every time . No one has been helpful at all. I finally decided to go in person to find out what is going on . The staff at the front desk was very helpful and tried his best to help me find my package . After giving him the tracking info he went to go check and came back and told me they can’t located my package. I have never been so upset in my life . Now my package is most likely gone and I have merchandise for my business that is gone and money down the drain ."
