"The woman answering the phone is crazy! Durkin water out Brewster is the way to go! The woman on the phone is much nicer and the price was 200 dollars less for 6000 gallons"

"I wish I would have read the reviews prior to using this company. I should have known when the driver arrived and told me a total $75 more dollars than what I was told over the phone. Long story short, driver errors led to broken pool legs and me having to drain 6,000 gallons of water. The owner REFUSED to claim ANY responsibility and was unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. And did not even offer a discount of any kind on the SECOND truck load of water I now need due to her driver’s negligence."

"Seems customer service is a problem. They filled my pool years ago but this time it seems it was too steep for them . And when I called she said the same as the other response, "We are a trucking company, not a pool water company." Then she proceeded to tell me she could send 4 smaller trucks for a total of $1320 as compared to $720 for 2 large trucks. GOOD BYE. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN."

"I bought an inflatable pool for the first time. I emailed CLARKE’S to confirm they have filled these pools before (sad yes) and get a price. I was able to get a delivery the same day I called. I prepaid with my credit card and the driver came not seeming to have filled an inflatable before, but was very nice. As he started filling he saw that part of the pump was not connected correctly so the water was pouring out. I was home alone after having surgery so was unable to correct the problem so he had to stop. If I got 500 (out of 6000) gallons of water that was a lot. I immediately called the office to speak with Cassandra to explain the delivery needed to stop and I would call when the problem was fixed. I was told I would pay for the 6000 gallons and if I wanted another truck would pay for a full delivery!!! I paid $368.00 for nothing. She was EXTREMELY rude on the phone telling me they are NOT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD they are a trucking company!!! I was floored. I hung up was very upset so called again. I spoke to the same woman and when I asked for the owner she said it was her. I explained that their website says you can get a partial fill or full so I didn’t feel I should pay for 6000 gallons when I clearly did not get that. She said you pay for the truck (!- yet it’s called CLARKE’S pool water) and whether you get one gallon or 6000 you pay the full price. They are a local family run business and I can’t believe how disrespectful she was to me on the phone and totally indifferent. She informed me she fills 20 inflatable pools a day-clearly not caring about my business. This is a totally unacceptable experience, especially with what the world is living through now!!! I plan to contact the BBB."

"Very Poor Customer Service. On June 14, 2019, I ordered two trucks of pool water (12,000 gallons). I recently replaced my pool liner. When the driver emptied the first truck, he went back for the second load. After, he left, I noticed that my pool liner was detached from one corner and one side of pool. I proceed to call them to cancel the second truck. I explained to them what happened and informed them that I had to empty the pool again. I was going to order two more trucks from them when I was ready. I was told that I must pay for the first truck $340 + $125 cancelation fee + taxes = $504. They will not have my business never again."
