"I did the online training " Clinical Monitoring: site evaluation and set-up". The content of the training was OK although not very well organised as some parts were repetitive and some others were dispatching information unclearly between chapters. I had technical issues too. I couldn't resume where I had left and I had to undertake the assessment two times and contact the support as my assessment wasn't recorded as passed even after the results were displayed. I had to email two times the support as the first time they basically didn't really believe me. The second time, I sent them screenshots and only then they started working on the issue. They apologised and fixed the issue apparently. I put three stars and not two because it is difficult to find this kind of monitoring training in small parts which make it more affordable so that's positive."
