"My daughter used this service for a long time, but after the regular person who was doing her laundry without fail, they started having consistently unreliable people, to where her weekly pickup was only done 2x over an 11 week span. Calls to get it resolved went on for several weeks without resolution. They answer and say we have to discuss with our manager, but had 2 weeks of that going unresolved as well So when it works it’s good, but when it’s not it’s worse than bad"

"Best service around! One of the easiest services! So helpful to parents like me. Pack up our clothes, pick a pick up time/day and drop off time/day. The clotheslyner comes and picks up our laundry, washes, dries and folds in and returns it when it’s due! All I have to do is simply put it away! I can do it all from my phone from anywhere as well as leave a note for the individual doing my laundry. Highly recommend this service. ❤️"
