"We moved in over a year ago. Parking can be tight but most times but we have no problem finding a space for both cars at the spaces nearest our townhouse. There is also room in the driveway for one car, as well as a garage, which we are currently using for storage from our old location. As with all older developments, things need attention from time to time. Pat Alfano, the property manager, has been very efficient addressing our personal concerns to our satisfaction. She continually keeps the development informed by both email and by robo-call of everything that is going on. Continuing maintenance of the grounds and buildings are done on time and without the need for involvement. We are happy that we moved here. Its a nice place with a quiet well balanced neighborhood."
