"Gabby in the office at the Tuckahoe facility was fantastic. I’ve never rented a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions which Gabby cheerfully answered with all the details I needed. We looked at Storage Wars first and then went to several other places before we decided on Storage Ward. The location is farther from my residence than other facilities but the price and attention to detail and the ease of the whole transaction made Storage Ward the right choice for me. My only issue was the phone answering system would be better if it let you know whether the office was opened or closed when leaving a message so you’d know if someone was going to get your message that day or not."
"We were generally happy with Storage Ward. What we were unhappy about was the time we were a day late on payment and were completely locked out. Could not get into gate, and once able thanks to a very kind associate in another location, our locker was double locked and we could not access it. Once we were paid up, it took over a week to get the double lock removed. That was not acceptable. Too quick to lock us out, not quick at all to remove the punishment!"

IM SITTING HERE WITH AN OPEN SIGN AND NO ONE IS HERE, GATE CODE PROVIDED DOES NOT WORK & I’VE NO PLACE TO UNLOAD MY TRUCK FULL OF PACKED BOXES ON 01/19/2023 THURSDAY @ 11:47am. ILL BE GETTING MY MONEY REFUNDED. THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY & THE WORST SERVICE EVER!"
