"I just moved in a little over a month a go and I love it here. I have the studio and I was shocked by the amount of room in the studio. I have a huge storage closet and 2 other closets. I was also pleasantly surprised that there is a hallway which goes to the bathroom, I wasn't sure where the bathroom would be located since it is a studio. When I first moved in I noticed that they put new carpet in here. The carpet also has padding underneath so it is incredibly soft. Tge maintenance keep the grounds very clean and I have met a lot of very nice welcoming neighbors. I definitely recommend it here. The staff at the office are also extremely nice and very helpful."
"I am so deeply frustrated with the management by Lorraine. I have had so many issues with both of the apartments I’ve been at it’s ridiculous. I reported I needed a new air conditioner at my old apartment and did not receive one until a month or so later and it wasn’t even a new one it was a used one. Which would have been fine if it didn’t break about 2 weeks later. Then I have an issue with the bottom of my door rotting off leaving a 2 inch gap from my floor to the bass of the door. They proceeded to tell me I didn’t need a new door I just needed a metal plate to cover it. I only got my new door my bringing her over to my house and showing her the hole in my door. Then I moved and had to move my air conditioners over to my new apartment myself because the ones in there were so old and unused when we tried to turn them on they blew out dirt and she didn’t want her guys moving them for us. Then we found out my second bedroom window was pouring water in every time it rained. Ruining chargers soaking our bed and floor. We have been in this apartment since December and have had nothing but problems. The window still has not been fixed. And now my living room window is leaking when it rains. I had them come out (yet again) and this time the problem was found! There was a 2-3 inch gap between the window and the window frame. The windows were not put in properly at all the first time. And talking to other people I have come to find out this was an issue reported to Lorraine before I had even moved in and nothing was done about it. Today they were supposed to actually fix it but it was raining so it’s getting pushed to next Thursday because it’s also supposed to rain Monday- Wednesday. Hope (works at the front desk) had asked if I wanted something temporary in the mean time I had told her only if the person working on my window had a suggestion. Lorraine had called me back and told me he specifically suggested some type of plastic and tape for now I said as long as he personally suggested it i will have him do it. I had told her to call me when he was ready to do it because I wanted to be there to oversee the work being done she said okay. At this point everyone knew I wanted to be there when the work was being done. I left for work and later found my phone had been blown up by phone calls from my sister and Hope from the office. (Mind you my name is the ONLY name on my lease) Everyone had reminded her I wanted to be there before anything was done and Lorraine took it upon herself to ignore my request and send him anyway while I was not there. So I get there and come to find out Lorraine has now gone against my wishes twice. The person working on my windows NEVER suggested the plastic and tape! He said it was a waste and probably wasn’t going to work! Which is probably what she was trying to hide by having him go there before I got there. Lorraine has been lying to tenants and not fulfilling her job as property manager for so long it’s honestly embarrassing to say I live here. My shower knob also broke a while ago and me and the workers had to fight for her to order the part for my shower and even when Lorraine finally ordered the part it wasn’t the right one. I sent her the picture of my shower knob in march and still have not received my new shower knob. I am beyond dissatisfied with the help I receive from Lorraine. She completely goes against my wishes and tries to do everything the cheapest way possible, which in the end will end up costing her more money."
"Lorraine is a terrible property manager. Any time we reported a problem to her, it had to be reported multiple times before it would be handled. We were promised to have maintenance out “by tomorrow” MULTIPLE times and we’d sometimes wait weeks before we saw anyone. We had complained about the roof leaking, light switches and outlets not working, electric not working (for multiple days during the summer which meant no AC and no lights), the ovens not working, AND MOUSE DROPPINGS!!! Each time we had to make reports multiple times and went days without help. Every time we’d be greeted with the excuse that Lorraine was “on vacation” or “must have forgotten” or “had a lot on her plate.” That’s great but we were paying to live here. She had a terrible attitude and was not helpful at all. Hope, on the other hand, was a God sent. She’s fabulous at her job and is a very kind and helpful woman. Each time we spoke to her and had complaints, they were handled immediately and she was always sure to follow up with us to make sure the problem was handled and we were satisfied. We didn’t receive our full security deposit back either because of a painting and carpet cleaning fee. We were told we had to repaint if we had painted any walls (we had not and walls were in the same condition they were when we moved in) and to clean the carpets. We rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned the carpets as we were asked to get STILL received less than half of our security deposit for the fees we were specifically told would NOT BE CHARGED if we had the original paint color on the walls and cleaned the carpets. The walls had damage to them (scrapes in the wall, discoloration, cracks), the hall closet was broken (completely off the track and unable to open or close without it falling on you— also NEVER fixed despite being complained about) and the shelving on the fridge door were broken and taped on with scotch tape. This place is an absolute JOKE, the neighbors are terrible and make the entire place reek of marijuana. I would never rent from this company again and have made sure to tell ALL of my friends and family members to never rent from there as well. I will most definitely be calling their corporate number and attempting to get the rest of my security deposit back that I was promised. If I could rate it 0 stars I most definitely would."
"Lorriane, the manager is so rude!!! We didnt have hot water in the bathroom and she didnt send the guys to fix it and when i talk to her, her respond was full of attitude. She forgets that im paying to live there! Im so upset its sad. And this is not a one time thing she been driving me crazy so i need to move out."
