"Lack of any kind of support on complaints and property manager yelled back at us when we reached out for help. Worst possible experience you can have with any rental property. New management doesn't care for the tenants - too much smoking pot and cigarettes - not a healthy place for raising a family."

"I highly recommend this community. We've been here for over a year, and the location is fantastic. The townhomes are beautiful and spacious, and the location is a short walk from a beautiful park, downtown South Amboy, and a Coast Line train station. The community is very safe and generally quiet. The pricing is reasonable, but certainly in the luxury tier. The best benefit here, though, is the ownership and the people who work here. Ben, the manager, is kind, conscientious, helpful, responsive, and professional. The owner Bill looks out for his tenants and maintains the property well. Rachid, the super, is skilled and timely for any service issues (which are extremely rare). One example: We are buying a house and when the first deal fell through the day of the closing, Bayside Cove management bent over backwards to make sure we didn't have to worry about our current living situation. This was built by a large corporate but the new management brings a personal touch that you won't get in most communities like this in New Jersey. I'm hard to please, but I'm proud to live here and recommend renting here highly."

"I recently moved out but I lived in this complex for 2 years and loved it. I agree with some comments regarding the train however, after a bit it did not bother anyone. I moved in with a 1 year old who loved watching the train go by and it never affected his sleep. Management was always helpful and understanding and the premises are always kept tidy despite some residents not cleaning after their pets. Overall, it is very safe and neighbors are friendly."

"Love living here, its clean and peaceful. The only loud noise is the train but you get used to that after some time. Love having the YMCA at a walking distance, as well as south amboy train station. I had an easy move in, with no secret fees. I knew exactly what to expect and everything went just as planned. Great place to live!"
