Start to finish it was seamless— Michael who came to our place for the initial consultation and estimate was very informative and helpful, Carol who handled logistics/payment was so communicative and sweet, and Kenneth and his moving crew were extremely quick and efficient on moving day. They came with a ton of their own supplies to wrap and protect everything (put my baby’s crib mattress in its own box, wrapped his nursery chair, etc) and were just overall a joy to work with. No damage, missing items, or issues whatsoever. They even did it more quickly than they estimated and will be giving us a sizable refund since we prepaid. 10/10 recommend!"
