"Jennifer and Teffy in the leasing office were very nice and helpful upon moving in. Eduardo and Sal in maintenance are also very sweet and get the job done quickly if there’s an issue in your apartment. I am in a two bedroom shared with a friend and the space is nice and works out well for both of us. My main concern is that I chose this building over cheaper buildings in the area because of the Concierge services (Anna and Isaac are the absolute best!!! My dog and I both love them lol they really are the backbone of the Walcott community). Recently out of nowhere management told us they were discontinuing the service. I think enough people complained that now they are keeping it, at least temporarily. If they do decide to get rid of this, I will update my review. Not really sure how the building would operate without them. They are essential for so many reasons… Also fire alarms at all hours of the night (4am, 6am) worse than a college dorm and management just says “our alarms are working.” …clearly! Lol hopefully this doesn’t continue… The gym is nice and clean and a solid amount of equipment. The golf stimulation room is cool in theory but doesn’t work great. The game room is fun to hang out in. The dog park is convenient to have but residents often don’t clean up after their pet which is really gross and annoying. Haven’t used the pool yet as I just moved in December 1 but I’m looking forward to it and hope it is kept clean and not too crowded. The coffee machine is nice to have although I think they’re going to start charging $ soon. I don’t use it enough to care as I just make coffee in my apartment but the first few weeks of living here I definitely enjoyed the chai almost every day but wouldn’t have paid money for it. The residents are ok. Some friendly faces but also some creeps/weirdos. I think that’s anywhere you go though. Overall I’m happy living here as long as they keep the concierge services. They try to do events every now and then for the residents (and pets) which I think is nice. As long as they continue to take residents feedback into consideration (like with the concierge) I think the building has a lot of potential."

"This is not luxury. Residents trash this building daily and management knows it and does nothing about it. If they don't see it happening they don't care. It can be on camera and they still won't do anything about it. Smells like weed on every floor and people smoke in the garage daily. Smoke free building ? They clean the pool better then they would the floors or the throw up on Amenities furniture. Be reminded the cameras aren't here for the safety of residents."

"This building felt like a bait and switch. My roommate and I selected this (far more expensive) building due to concierge services only to have these taken away without warning. We now have no security and no plan on how these services will be replaced, and no offer to lower rent after taking away a foundational amenity. The building was advertised to us on our tour as a great place to entertain, but with extremely strict guest policies that limit 2 guests PER APARTMENT (not per roommate) in amenity spaces we are unable to utilize them. The staff is nice, but in the grand scheme of things it is a typical Greystar managed building- no consideration for residents and all consideration on how to slowly remove services while keeping rent astronomical. There is no way I would re-sign a lease here."

"I wanted to give a zero rating on this one! We were “rescheduled after we reached the leasing office! The leasing “assistant” scheduled an appointment for us to tour the apartment, and we received a confirmation for it just few hours before! I work in NY and I left work to make this appointment only to be driven away because they double booked! The office met with the other person who was booked the same time as us and drove us away, which seems like a clear discrimination from them! Even if you use an automated system to schedule, the least you could do is reschedule before hand! This is very disrespectful and unprofessional from the leasing office! Since they’re the first people who the client meets. We have seen multiple apartments and so far this the worst experience!"

"Very clean and modern building with lots of amenities. We checked out a few apartment complexes prior, but we immediately noted how friendly the staff was here at all times. Teffy Feliz was our primary leasing agent and she was always cordial and wonderful to work with. Happy to call this home!"
