"If you plan on living here think again l. If you have guests their cars will be towed whether they paid for parking or not they don’t care. They charged me 350 for a tow when I was legally parked and paid for parking. If you plan on ever having anyone visit just know their cars will be towed regardless if they paid to park or not. They do not check to see who paid they just tow and ask questions later and then refuse to refund you. You should be ashamed of yourselves Waterton."

"Update: The manager apologized. I was credited the towing cost. We are still waiting for a written policy for towing vehicles. Original review: They tow vehicle willy nilly apparently. I moved to the area few months ago. Something very bizarre happened yesterday and I’m not sure if it is common. They have guest parking for pay with park mobile. My guest did just that. They parked, paid with park mobile, entered correct zone and correct plate number. However, their car got towed. Not just that, all cars in the guest parking was towed. The towing company said that they were told to tow everyone. Of course, this ruined my son’s birthday party, cost my guest $350 and now I don’t know if I can even trust they won’t tow my car out of its parking space in the garage. I lived in rental units before and nothing like that ever happened. If you park legally, you shouldn’t be towed. Is this a common occurrence here?"

"Waterton should be ashamed of themselves for their unethical practices in regards to cars parked in the visitors lot attached to the building. Even when paid for to the maximum allowable limit via the ParkMobile app. My vehicle was towed to a facility who immediately expected 350 dollars cash for the release. When prompted why the vehicle was taken from the parking garage at Waterton the tow company quickly replied with Waterton management requested all cars in the visitor lot be towed. Seems like no one is checking if the car paid for parking or not. This type of practice is sickening, I won’t be returning and will be sure to advise friends and family away from Waterton in the future."

"Awful and unprofessional in regards to the parking at Waterton. Multiple guests who paid for parking through Park mobile were towed on Sunday morning without notice. Every other ethnical building complex has given at least a warning through text or phone call before towing a vehicle. Completely outrageous that the towing fee cost $350.00 ! If you plan on being a resident here, expect to not have guests over or that’ll it cost them $350.00 to visit you. Absolutely the worst experience ever visiting a complex."

"First of all the staff are super friendly, the lady who does cleaning works very hard every day to keep the building very clean. They organize many events. The gym is great. But with regard to the building itself it seems to be built with budget friendly materials and I doubt it will stay in shape in the long run. The building has two elevators and either one from time to time has some trouble and not usable. I was once stuck inside elevator and had to call 911 to get me out. And I was not the only person who got stuck inside the elevator and I saw one day a lady got stuck in the other elevator different from the one I was stuck in. They denied my request to send an email to all residents in the building on this elevator accident to make them aware. By the time we moved out, one elevator had an inspection failure notice on it. And they were never transparent on what is actually going on with the elevators, and don’t seem to have a plan to replace them. Instead they only send out emails like do not use this elevator or elevator is back on."
