"Door staff are lovely. But the building has ongoing rodent and bedbug infestation, chronic leaks and floods, and loud drilling for weeks and months at a time."
"I’ve been living at The Clermont since Jan 2021. I love this building. I have been nothing but happy since I moved here. The staff is very kind and I love saying hi to them when I walk past the front desk. They are great with packages and maintenance request. My apartment is beautiful and in great condition and very quiet. So far everyone I’ve met in the building has been very friendly and nice. This is also a very dog friendly building! I love living here."
"A complete horror show. The building has temporary supports holding up the walls around the ground floor of the building. The building is very poorly maintained and managed. The NYS attorney general should investigate the owner/manger. A complete disgrace to the neighborhood if, not the whole UES. Steer clear!!!!"
"This place is a torture chamber. Loud drilling all day long. No response from management. They don't care about the tenants. Worst place I've ever been in."
"This place is a nightmare! There is loud drilling all day long. It turns the 7 or 8 floors adjacent to the drilling... into a tuning fork of sonic torture. There is never any warning and never any apology from management. When I located the unit which is the source of the drilling on any given day, I am told the workers had their orders and there was nothing they could do. I don't blame the poor workmen (who operate the high-speed drills without any ear protection) These poor men are destroying their hearing. And driving the tenants mad. This practice is ongoing and ceaseless. Preserve your sanity and look elsewhere."
