"Applying to this apartments was the worst thing I’ve ever done. I come for a tour that was confirmed for 2pm 2 days in advance and some woman named Briana tells me from a workers phone call it was already rented out. Briana was extremely rude on the phone and obviously doesn’t know how to do her job. Unprofessional."

"Attempted to rent here. The leasing agents book appointments but then never show up. They don’t even call. Had me sitting there for 25/30 minutes until someone decided to answer the phone. Finally got in contact with the so called assistant manager to help. Then kept saying call back in an hour call back in another hour and another hour. It’s honestly ridiculous now they just won’t pick up the phone or answer my emails."

"DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS. I submitted an application online for an apartment that was available... most apartments want an application fee, which I was aware of and paid but this company actually charges you a hold deposit at the time of applying, this is crazy because you're not even sure if you're approved for the apartment BEFORE they charge you an extra 500 DOLLARS. I reached out the next morning to have the deposit refunded because I found this distasteful. I called Joanne M. and left a message, she reached out via email asking for all my card information which I finally sent and she went silent. I reached out several times again check if the refund was issued and she has yet to respond. I think its truly absurd to charge a holding deposit without approvals and then be so rude about a refund. Avoid the hassle and definitely don't apply if you don't have a minimum of $560 in your bank account"

"Do not rent here. My mom and sister had to move from there last year because of the mice. The rental office didn’t do anything to help the situation . Some of the neighbors repeatedly left trash in the hallway as well which is obviously not sanitary. Rent kept increasing and quality of life there kept decreasing. Unless management changes and they get rid of the mice issue I would not bother with this place."

"Currently living here now and I hate it. Please do not come and rent here. They over charge and do have hidden fees it's insane. The first few months we had no Ac and they wouldn't fix it then in the winter we had no heat yet they will charge us for heat. No matter how much u call or complain they just don't care. They also make you get insurance for your apartment and if u not they charge you every month you don't have it. I can go on and on about how bad it is but honestly I would never finish oh and we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and they would fix it they would just go upstairs and tell the ppl to make their showers shorter. Like what? Omg don't move here"
