"This a trash of a place to live at the security is useless all they dose is press the buzzer for the door to let any and everyone in your building and also the security they have watching your vehicle in the parking lot which you paying ever month …just sitting the boot watching his/her phone or sleeping not to mention the insects rats like omg"
"Proximity to the Ivy hills park, the market and a pharmacy. If you're are multicultural vibes ( Asia, Africa, Middle East,and Eastern European) that is good fit otherwise it's unfortunate.i find the park quite pleasant."
"Workers are friendly. Security is there for no reason.roaches,mice,neighbors who are literally snoopdog,neighbors who definitely make a living off having the dirty tango VERY LOUDLY,smelly hallways,piss in the stairs,mice eat your food,broken old elevators,fire alarm would go off almost every week making everyone have to evacuate,heater gets too hot and bad parking."
"The problem is NOT the management, is the maintenance , the super, the other people the super have in his team to make this place horrible for anyone to leave in. They make the place look horrible and difficult, I saw many times they damage the elevator, make the place look durty so no one will like it . they have there raison which is discrimination... The management need to changed the super to different area or make sure the office check time on time randomly the buildings. Because people get comfortable and started doing bad stuff."
