"I just moved to there apartments a week ago. My apartment is cold. There was a leak in my bathroom sink last week and it’s leaking again. The Super never went to change the thing under the bathroom sink. There’s a chip on my bathroom sink. The apartment is painted badly. I pass my fingers on the walls and it leaves my finger white. The Super is old guy and very rude."
"NO ANY FIRE ALARM SYSTEM and they have gas stoves in every apartment Good Luck if you live here.Over priced for the services and the conditions of the apartment this place is nasty and there is no any management its only one 80y old guy who is super and run the whole place. No laundry on the property,no dishwasher in the kitchen,no air conditioning,No cleaning on the apartment before you move in........OVER PRICED!!! NASTY,DIRTY,GARBAGE EVERYWHERE....."
"I lived here for almost 9 years and the place is getting worse by the day! Parking is horrible, the units are dated and they dont repair ANYTHING as they are suppose to. If you have a complaint you have to write letters to the management office which they dont respond. The only thing they do is send you a letter back (lazy) and say they will visit your apartment to see the issues. However, I had the same issues in my bathroom a major leak for years and recently I have a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling I've complained about to repair and YET NO REPAIR IS DONE! So glad my lease is almost up I am out of here, and I am calling the board of health and housing to complain about mold and lack of repairs. Next step is court! DONT RENT HERE! THE WORSE PLACE TO INVEST YOUR MONEY!"
"I had the worst experience here my daughter got sick from the mold that was developing in this apartment and my cloths got damaged as well. I just asked for them to move to another unit and they refused. They even try to screw me for the security as well but had to take them to court then they settled with me cause they didnt feel like going through the court system. Don't do it!!!"
