"We’ve been at Hanover Glen since 2008. The apartments are spacious, clean, well-maintained inside & out and the people tend to be mostly older folks who live in peace. Parking is not random or cluttered, but rather in garages and additional marked areas. Maintenance is regular and the entire grounds are always looking good. Appliances are maintained well and replaced regularly when needed. Management is considerate and easily approachable and the maintenance person is always ready to respond to any calls for any needs pertaining to keeping the grounds looking good and taking care of emergency maintenance needs, should they occur. The buildings & apartments are safe and kept thar way. Living at Hanover Glen is both comfortable and pleasurable always! We love living here…and we believe that you will too!"

"Lived in a place managed by Kriegman and Smith for 4 years. Bathtub would back up with either my upstairs or next door neighbors FILTH. Had multiple problems with nasty sewage in my bathtub over the course of time my family was there. No hot water during the winter. Complained every year. I took cold showers 4/7 days a week on average if I wanted to shower when I got home. No control of the heat, had to run the AC during the winter. Had to kill multiple bugs (my wife called roaches but I’m not an exterminator or biologist) in my apartment and had mold in the closet in the hall way. Never had clean sidewalks when it snowed. Employees park the company trucks in normal spots and their families park In the reserved spots making it almost impossible to park near the apartment. When I moved out they stole $100 of my security deposit because “the appliances were dirty”. I’m sorry that after 4 years you felt the need to clean the appliances before the next family moved in. STAY AWAY!"
