"We loved The Hub and Bello the super! We lived there from May 2022 till April 2023. We moved because we bought a house. The facility/grounds were always clean, nice neighbors, quarter vending machine in the laundry room always had quarters. Paid rent online, generous sized closets, modern kitchen/bathrooms, always hot water in the mornings, and we had a good size storage in the basement that was convenient. Also, I felt secured with the security cameras in the hallways and outside parking lot. All around great place!"
"If you’re currently apartment hunting, DO NOT BOTHER to go there. There are other options in the Essex region, that are worth seeing. I’m currently in the apartment hunting portion. I was contemplating to go for luxury or a step down from it. I was extremely excited about seeing this facility but have also seen and spoken to multiple different apartments as well in a span of a week.I called the management office to ask for their possible availabilities. The woman at the office replied with “I told you before our availabilities”. I apologized for not remembering our conversation, and she proceeded to huff and rudely tell me the dates and then hung up on me. Definitely the rudest encounter I’ve had from any apartment complex in the Essex region."
