"Not sure where all the 5star comments come from but it has to be staff! This place can use some TLC. The apartments are not that bad, they’re actually pretty spacious, maintenance is responsive and the grounds are usually well kept. However the common areas, lobby entrances are disgusting! They smell bad, roaches/bugs are everywhere and the carpets need to be changed out or removed."

"Maintenance at the Manors Apartment s is super great. My deck was falling they fixed right away. Needed a paint job in bathroom done right away. Plowing snow done before we leave for work etc. so much good I can say about The Manors management."
