"This is Stephanie, a patient that you, the receptionist, just yelled at over the phone because I was trying to ask questions. My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Petrelli for a couple years now. We love him. He is a phenomenal Eye Dr. I am so sorry to say that I would rather suffer through a terrible eye Dr. then to ever deal with you again. How dare you accuse me of wanting a service I don't want to pay for. Maybe I just want an answer as to why I didn't even have a fair amount of time with the eye Dr. when I ordered my glasses or a rundown of services added to my glasses so I CAN SEE BETTER. I am not a confrontational person and by me even calling you knowing that I was going to get this horrible attitude back was really hard for me. Dr. Petrelli, you are a great eye Dr. and I thank you for your services but I will no longer support a business who treats patients like this. Never once have we ever felt welcomed into that office. I have rights as a patient to ask questions. All kinds of questions. From eye drops, to glasses and even my appts and shame on you for not allowing me to do so. Do I recommend this Dr. yes, do I recommend this office. No way"

"Very nice ! Dr. Petrelli was nice to talk to, answered all my questions in detail, helped me pick my glasses & no sales tactics pushing me to expensive frames & I paid literally 1/2 the price here for my designer frames then the previous eye Dr I went to several years ago somewhere else. Overall I am completely satisfied with my appts & how I was treated ! I have nothing to complain about on the appts I have had at Dr. Petrelli's office !"

"I've been to various doctors for my eyes. Hands down he was the best. I was completely comfortable which is rare for me. He gave me tests I've never had before, and in the end I was super excited to get my new glasses. I had gotten new glasses from a different doc a few months ago...Petrelli showed me the difference between those and what my glasses should be.... The comparison was mind boggling!"
