"This is a clean well kept complex. Maintenance responds quickly. However, DO NOT rent an apartment underneath a top floor loft apartment. The noise is extremely disturbing. You can hear tenants going up & down their stairs and movements throughout their apartment."

"Great layouts but their pricing on units is inconsistent with what Zillow/apartments is showing. For instance, the chestnut loft on Zillow and apartment prices the unit at $3193 but when I went for a tour leasing agent quoted at $3400. And she seemed very quizzical when I showed her what the apps had it listed for. I would have applied instantly but the pricing discrepancy had me hesitate. It’s kind of shady that a few layouts are updated on Zillow/apartment to match what the leasing agent said but for the other units it did not. She kept insisting it’s “algorithm based.” Therefore I chose not to rent here due to their shady practice."

"We moved in here when it was just being built and called ParkVue home for 3 years. The amenities are great, love the salt water pool, the neighbors are fantastic and friendly, the maintenance team (especially Martin!!! HI MARTIN!!) is amazing and always super helpful and in the leasing office Eli is by far the best. Lots of wonderful memories made here and friends who we still keep in touch with. Definitely check this place out!"

"The things that are important when renting are the things that ParkVue at Livingston does exceptionally well. The folks in the leasing office, especially Eli are most helpful, maintenance is top notch - particularly this past winter with all the snow. Martin and his team were fabulous. The corporate office always keeps you informed and reminds people to do the right thing. It is kept clean and security system is excellent. I had a great stay there."

"I moved in a month ago. I couldn't be happier. The building is well constructed, kitchens and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Generous closet space including linen and pantry closets. My 2 bedroom unit is well laid out, bright and very airy. Cannot hear any noise from adjoining neighbors. Maintenance is top notch and very responsive. The grounds are immaculate as is the club house and fitness center."
