"EPSON 2720 is the worst printer I have ever owned. Someone at the staples stor at root 9 told me it's great because the ink doesn't dry out unless you use it often. Lie. I have to clean all 4 heads every month and finally it stopped working. Get rid of EPSON products if you want to save money. A year ago, I was looking for a printer that could be up and running if I didn't use it that often. In other words, if I use the printer once or twice a week, the ink shouldn't dry out. Someone in the shop suggested using the EPSON 272O with colored tubes instead of colored heads. He said the EPSON heads never dry out and you'll save a ton of money on ink. 1. The ink started to dry in the second month and I have to physically clean the head every 2 weeks 2. In the end, all 4 heads dried up along with the tubes and it was impossible to clean them at all. And this is after 1.5 years of work. 3. I spent $300 to save money, but I actually threw that money in the trash only after a year and a half. 4. Stay away from EPSON products if you want to save money. 5. Don't listen to the people in the store as they want to sell the product, not the quality or reliability. Why was it necessary to invent that the ink from the tubes does not dry."

"Little did I know, but they partner with UPS and have a shipping station that is open on Sundays!"

"Just needed to print a label from Amazon for a return at the UPS area. I understand to cut costs, they no longer print labels. But the manager Larry was rude and and obnoxious. No greeeting on "Hello" or "Hi, how can I help you". The instructions on receiving a staples QR code was incorrect. Bottom line, The GM Manager Larry needs to work on his people skills. This explains the high turnover rate in the store."

"If you are in a rush to get something done, don’t come here. Of the three printing machines, only 1 is working. It was being used for an extended time so I asked if the the front desk can print it for me. Front desk told me if they were going to print it now, they would have to charge me extra for “express printing”."
