"Good new property. Public rooms clean. Stairways not cleaned frequently enough. Not enough management supervision like property walk through."

"just love the entire complex. Taylor and Steven r awesome. Both are gems. only thing that needs to be addressed is delivery packages a better way to have them organized maybe shelves a-z in both rooms. lastly maybe some furniture in lobby 2 sofas just love the entire place."

"Great community. The building manager Taylor is helpful and courteous. The buildings are kept clean and well maintained. Willie the super is great. We love our apartment!"

"If you can tolerate the strong stench of old lady perfume in the elevators and hallways, the constant barking of residents dogs, and walls so thin you can hear your next door neighbor’s farts then this is the place for you. Maintenance staff is awesome and quick to respond to fix issues but overworked due to the poor quality of the building’s construction. Also the ladies in the rental office are extremely nice, helpful, and professional despite having to deal with all the “Karen’s” that hang out in the clubhouse. With all of the upright walkers and mobility scooters you have to work your way around in the parking garage and the frequent sight of home health care aids and ambulances removing deceased residents, this place is basically a poor man’s Lantern Hill."

"beautiful place. staff is nice. I think management rushed the move in to the 2nd building which I am in and the response to correct some issues has been extremely slow. Paint drips on floor and some other issues are still unresolved (sept move in!). Other issues were attended too but maintenance was overwhelmed and it was slow to respond. If this was better this would be a definite 5 star. The area is nice and convenient. The clubhouse is beautiful . The apartments have a good design and are spacious."
