"Management is nonexistent. Rats and roaches have popped up with absolutely no response. Water damage goes unfixed. Things constantly break and no help from management. Do not live here."
"Don’t live here. When something needs to be fixed there is no support. Water damage is ignored. Management is unresponsive and refuses to return your safety deposit. Not worth the headache."
"Lack of outside cleaning, tons of rats that ate and destroyed my girlfriends cars serpentine belt (no payment from Loft after telling them about the rats prior - and they still didn't get rid of them) and refuses to give me my security deposit after leaving the apartment in better shape than I got it. They emailed me saying it was sent out months ago and now refuse to answer emails. Use caution living here, you're on your own and the owner will try to keep your deposit hoping you don't go to court (I will be)."
