"After waiting months for my scheduled appointment I arrived 5 minutes late while on the phone with an extremely rude staff member to let them know I was running late and they did not take me in, I begged for them to see me after letting them know I’ve been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, pinched nerves in my spine and arthritis in my hip and physical therapy is the only way my insurance will approve an MRI I really need done I was Insulted and hung up on. I still went in to the facility and asked for this persons name so I could report them so that no one else would have to experience this and they refused to give me any information at all and they did not allow me to reschedule my appointment that could help save my life and longitivtiy. This is just a good example of doctors not caring for their patients well being,"

"I just recently finished a 6 week course of treatment to rehab a knee replacement, which I had on June 11th, 2023, at the CMCH facility. From the start, the staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through various therapies and exercises designed to aid in the healing and strengthening of my knee. As I progressed, the exercises became more intense, with the purpose of not only making my knee stronger, but also to establish and maintain proper flexibility and range of motion. In the end, I was told that I had met and exceeded the standards of the therapy, and came out with a full range of motion, thanks to the efforts of everyone involved. I must also say that, for the "business" end of the practice, I found that they were very accommodating with the scheduling of appointments, and the processing of insurance claims....never a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Cape Regional Physical Therapy. Their staff not only handles your therapeutic needs, but keeps the overall mood comfortable and stress-free, which I feel leads to a more productive session.
