"Been here for 9 years. Love the office staff . They Are very helpful. The maintenance crew do a great job. The grounds are always beautiful. Never had any problems."

"Nice apartment if you live on the second floor and don't need anything fixed. First I needed a fridge replaced which kept turning on and off. Within a few weeks they were able to replace it, but because it would turn on occasionally they decided not to replace it sooner. That was frustrating, but probably not deserving of a 1 star review. The second maintenance request I put in which is still pending is to fix my air conditioner. I live on the second floor and put the request in 4/14. After 3 weeks of waiting I check the online portal and see they cancel my request without telling me. So I make another and say why would you cancel my last request if it wasn't fixed? On 4/26 they tell me they don't fix air conditioners until 5/1 in which I was 6 on the list. Finally on 6/2 they send out a technician who tells me he'll complete it on 6/4. I explain to the technician in a nice, but firm way that waiting 55 days from initial request and 40+ days for a second request is quite ridiculous. The technician clearly did not give a F and leaves my apartment. On 6/4 no one shows up and I call the office. The office tells me the technician "CLAIMS" to have contacted me not with his work phone, but with his personal phone. The technician also suppose to tell the office so the office texts me which he never did. Now they are telling me the earliest day is 6/8 to fix this. Damn near 2 months after my initial request when I have to take ANOTHER day off work in order for them to hopefully come. So I'm gonna keep it real don't live here. My apartment is nice, but if they won't replace an air conditioner after months in a 2nd story apartment what hope do you think you'll have replacing anything request you make in a timely fashion."

"Over nice looking apartment complex. Kind of pricey for the space you get but it is in Goshen so i'm not surprised. The staff is nasty and annoying. I lived next to one of the office people. She threatened to evict me because my dog was loud every once and a while. my dog barked sometimes when my wife and i weren't home during normal woking hours. The worst part of this complex is the snow removal process. The complex will force you to move the car out of the parking lot and onto the town street by threatening to have your car towed. The street you have to park on is a "no parking zone" so you'll get a ticket if you car is there for to long. Completely rediculoius. Two stars is more than what i want to give but it is a nice looking place to live."

"I love the office staff, and the grounds are kept clean and most of the time it is a very quiet complex. The garbage truck comes very early though, and it is infuriating how loud it is. It is not only awful because it wakes you up, but it is an unnerving intrusive sound on top of that. Even with your windows closed it sounds like war is in the parking lot. I cannot stand it. If they came just a couple of hours later, no problem. Also kids who live here tend to go around in a pack and it is cool they are friends and neighbors but often times they congregate right by the windows yelling at the top of their lungs. It can be frustrating esp when you can't hear your own Television and there is a nice playground area with room to play. There is no need for them to be playing in the one way streets in and out of the complex or parked under other people's windows not being respectful of other people living there. But other than those two things it is really nice living here. Maintenance is fast and nice."
