"Purchased a "glycerin chiller" that was defective. Puff city refused to stand behind the product they sold me so I called the manufacturer, manufacturer noted that product has been discontinued due to defect and was surprised that puff city wouldn't honor an exchange or refund. Manufacturer stood behind their product and refunded my purchase price. NEVER GOING BACK TO PUFF CITY!!!! STAY AWAY!! THEY ONLY WANT SHOT TERM PROFITS! SHANE ON THEM!"
